In large-scale agricultural processing, residual moisture on fresh produce can accelerate spoilage and disrupt downstream sorting operations. This case study details the successful integration of our high-performance blower and air knife system into a high-speed potato washing line. Engineered to deliver a uniform, high-impact curtain of air across a moving conveyor belt, the system instantly strips surface water from the potatoes without causing bruising or damage. By replacing inefficient thermal drying methods, this solution significantly lowered the facility's energy consumption while maximizing continuous production throughput.
